She provides patient care and teaches residents at Texas Methodist Hospital. Dr. Ivan’s areas of interest are psychoanalytic psychotherapy, spirituality and psychiatry, work-life balance, relationship problems, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, aging, psychosomatic disease, and psychological distress caused by medical conditions.
