J. PITTMAN MCGEHEE

Proust's book title, Remembrance of Things Past, can also be translated In Search of Lost Time. Lost time is always found in the present. Story telling whether formal or informal holds the therapeutic value of bringing unconscious content into consciousness. In this lecture Dr. McGehee will discuss the psychology of the personal story, as well as tell a story of personal remembrance.

J. Pittman McGehee, former dean of Christ Church Cathedral, is a practicing diplomate Jungian analyst. He is a frequent lecturer on religion and psychology and teaches at the University of Houston.
