Private houses; addresses will be given to subscribers; limited enrollment

Houston is one of the nation’s hottest incubators of contemporary art, and several local enthusiasts have been thoughtfully building collections of works by both established and emerging artists. We will visit collections that highlight known figures such as James Surls, Donald Judd, Alex Katz, David Bachelor, Robert Mangold, Richard Tuttle, Robin Utterback, Uta Barth, and Christian Eckhart as well as emerging artists such as Nina Bovasso, Hils Snyder, Aaron Parazette, Karyn Olivier, Adam Pendelton, Laura Lark, Paul Horn, Julie Mehretu, and Dario Robleto. On each outing, participants will visit multiple collections located near one another.
