NATIONAL ELECTIONS, 2004
One Thursday, October 21, and two Wednesdays, October 27 and
November 3, 6:00 p.m.
Upper Kirby District Headquarters, 3015 Richmond at Eastside
Richard Murray, professor of political science at the University of
Houston and director of the university’s Center for Public Policy,
will speak twice about the run-up to what will be a hotly contested
presidential election, and in his third lecture he will analyze the
outcome of the national elections of 2004. There will be time following
each lecture for questions.
